Hari is a seasoned global marketing professional with over 25 years of experience. Currently, he serves as Vice President & Global Head of Marketing at Startek. Prior to this, he spent nearly 9 years at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he was the Head of Marketing & Branding for the Education vertical. In this role, he led diverse initiatives including brand positioning, account- and deal-based marketing, messaging development, analyst relations, and launching new services across international markets.

Leveraging this extensive expertise, Hari now drives Startek’s market positioning, messaging, visual identity, and branding efforts. His responsibilities also include marketing automation, digital and social media marketing, analyst and media relations, event management, and both internal and external communications.

Passionate about innovation, Hari is actively exploring the integration of artificial intelligence into marketing strategies at Startek. By combining human creativity with AI’s data-driven insights and automation capabilities, he aims to enhance campaign effectiveness, improve customer engagement, and unlock new opportunities. He works closely with country and sales leaders to align these evolving AI-powered marketing approaches with organizational priorities, ensuring Startek stays at the forefront of industry trends.

Hari holds a master’s degree in international marketing from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing) from Symbiosis, Pune, India. Outside of work, he is passionate about sports, enjoying Lawn Tennis, Squash, and Cricket.
