As the Chief Human Resources Officer at Neilsoft, a specialist engineering services & solutions company, I leverage my 18+ years of HR experience to drive the organization’s growth and performance. I hold the GPHR, SHRM-SCP, and ICF-ACC credentials, which reflect my global perspective, strategic vision, and coaching skills in the HR domain.

My core competencies include scaling and developing the organization in terms of capability and competence, creating a culture to integrate a multi-skilled and multi-generational workforce, and digitizing the HR function. I also have a proven track record of leading the HR function for many Global In-house Centers (GICs) and Technology centers from their inception, partnering with business leaders and global stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
